1. About Bukra

Bukra is a ticket booking platform that connects travellers with bus and flight operators across Africa. We act as an intermediary — we facilitate bookings but do not operate transport services ourselves.

2. Using Our Service

By using Bukra, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information when booking
• Be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent
• Not misuse the platform or attempt to circumvent our systems
• Keep your account credentials secure

3. Bookings & Payments

When you complete a booking through Bukra:

• Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable fees
• Payment is processed securely via our payment partners (mobile money, card, or bank transfer)
• A booking confirmation is sent via SMS or WhatsApp
• Your ticket is valid only for the route, date, and time specified

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by transport operator. Generally:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before departure may be eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee or be non-refundable
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

If a trip is cancelled by the operator, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bukra connects you with transport operators but is not responsible for:

• Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by operators
• Quality of transport services or onboard conditions
• Loss of luggage or personal belongings during travel
• Events beyond our reasonable control (weather, strikes, road conditions)

Our liability is limited to the booking fee paid to Bukra, not the total ticket price.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Bukra — including the name, logo, design, and software — is owned by Bukra Africa Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bukra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Juba, South Sudan.
